The
both of you should go together
to the town hall of your choice
and apply with the town clerk.
Before you go call the Town Clerk to find out
if you need an appointment
and what
proof of identity is needed.
Each Massachusetts
community can set their own fees
(usually between $10.00 - $50.00)
Three days after you fill out the application
(there is a three day waiting period
in MA)
one of you can pick up your marriage license.
Look it over for any mistakes
Please be sure that it has been signed or
stamped by
the town clerk, the assistant clerk or the deputy clerk.
